Job Summary

We are hiring a Civil Site Engineer to join our execution team. The role involves managing on-site construction activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring design compliance, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities related to civil and interior works.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
• Ensure execution aligns with structural and architectural drawings.
• Maintain site progress reports and update project timelines.
• Perform quality checks on materials and workmanship.
• Support material estimation and verification of contractor bills.
• Collaborate with architects and designers for drawing clarifications.
• Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with site regulations.
• Manage multiple sites within Chennai or Tamil Nadu if required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in site execution
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Experience with residential or interior fit-out projects is preferred
