Job Description

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities, manage on-site teams, and ensure that all projects are executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site work progress.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (work reports, site logs, measurements, etc.).
• Ensure material quality and control usage on-site.
• Manage manpower and equipment effectively.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance at the job site.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and engineers regarding project status.

Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with practical knowledge are welcome).
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and materials.
• Good site coordination and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic surveying tools (preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
