Site Engineer – Civil

We are looking to hire a qualified Civil Site Engineer with proven experience in high-rise construction projects. The candidate must be DM registered and capable of handling all site-related responsibilities, including coordination with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Dubai Municipality (DM) Registered Engineer – Mandatory
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience – Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, construction standards, and structural systems
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation
• UAE driving license (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure alignment with project specifications and DM requirements
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely progress
• Conduct quality checks, site inspections, and follow up on approvals with authorities
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
• Resolve on-site issues and propose practical engineering solutions
