Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and oversee warehouse construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial buildings, including RCC, PEB structures, flooring, and site development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor civil works at the site as per design and specifications.
• Supervise structural work including RCC, PEB erection, flooring, and stormwater drainage.
• Manage daily site activities and labor deployment efficiently.
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely completion of project milestones.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for project execution.
• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and maintain documentation.
• Interpret civil and structural drawings and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to BOQ and standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of site experience, with at least 2 years in warehouse or industrial construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site management tools.
• Strong knowledge of civil execution, PEB structures, concrete works, and industrial flooring.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and relocate if required.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
