Site Engineer (Civil)

We are new and fast-growing construction company in Abu Dhabi, specializing in residential, industrial, and commercial projects. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-quality projects across the UAE.

Position: Site Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress on-site.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize site productivity.
• Prepare site progress reports and update project management on milestones and challenges.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues on-site promptly.
• Authorities Submission in Abu Dhabi/Dubai (ABD- DM – DCD – TRAKHESS – DDA …etc)
• Conduct necessary coordination between various design departments such as architects, MEP and QS.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE, preferably on residential, industrial, and/or commercial projects.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site management, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi/UAE construction standards and procedures is preferred.
