Site Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and supervise the construction of a Ground + 2 RCC building. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to drawings and specifications, and smooth day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all RCC construction activities including footing, columns, beams, slabs, and staircases.
• Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, structural details, and technical specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks on materials, workmanship, and construction methods.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for daily site activities.
• Maintain proper level, line, alignment, and measurements at the site.
• Check reinforcement detailing, shuttering, and concreting before and during execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site safety practices.
• Identify and report site issues, deviations, or quality concerns to senior engineers or project managers.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material consumption reports.
• Assist in material planning, estimation, and site inventory control.
• Coordinate with consultants and inspections as required.
• Ensure timely completion of work as per the project schedule.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
