- Project Planning: Collaborate with architects and other professionals to plan and execute construction projects. This includes creating project timelines, setting goals, and determining required resources.
- Site Inspection: Regularly inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Quality Control: Monitor and manage the quality of construction work to ensure it meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Budget Management: Work within budget constraints and optimize resource utilization. Keep track of project costs and identify areas for cost-saving.
- Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies. Ensure effective communication among team members.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and any changes to the original plans.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction. Develop solutions to unforeseen problems.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all construction personnel.
