Site Engineer (Civil)

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E).
• 1.5 to 4 years of hands-on experience in civil site supervision for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations at construction sites.

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to oversee and manage on-site construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to check quality, progress, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and documentation for project records.
• Participate in site meetings and provide updates .

Experience in building construction works, preferably with exposure to PMC roles, consulting firms, or working with reputable developers/contractors.

Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month
