Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 0–3 years of experience in civil engineering and construction supervision. The candidate will manage on-site activities and ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project

specifications, codes, and safety standards.

• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with timelines.

• Implement quality control protocols for construction materials and workmanship.

• Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain site documentation including daily reports, progress logs, and quality records.

• Plan and allocate resources, materials, and equipment efficiently.

• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site construction issues.

• Create technical drawings using AutoCAD.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

• Valid mode of transport (for local travel within Bhopal).

• Prior experience in a site engineer or similar role preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant project management tools.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Location: Bhopal (with occasional travel across Madhya Pradesh)
