Site Engineer (Civil)

Rathi Associates is a well-known firm in the field of Architecture and Interior design. Started in 1976, it has to its credit successful execution of several major projects across many important cities in India including Bangalore. It is supported by a strong experienced team and undertakes projects both in the field of Architecture as well as Interior design in various segments including Residential, Commercial, Corporate and Real estate development.

This role involves overseeing project execution, cost management, and quality assurance across multiple architectural and interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for bill verification, project scheduling, coordination with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all works adhere to design intent, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Verify and check contractor and vendor bills in coordination with site and accounts teams.

b) Ensure project quality and adherence to design, material, and workmanship standards.

c) Plan, schedule, and monitor projects in all aspects — design, procurement, execution, and handover.

d) Prepare detailed **BOQs**, **tender documents**, and assist in the bidding and vendor selection process.

e) Coordinate with consultants and contractors for all **building services** — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other allied works.

f) Review construction drawings, specifications, and prepare accurate **quantity take-offs**.

g) Scrutinize and control **material and maintenance costs**, and evaluate contracts to achieve the best value.

h) Liaise with **clients, site managers, contractors, and subcontractors** for smooth execution and timely delivery.

i) Prepare **progress reports, budgets, risk assessments, and other project documentation** as required.

j) Handle all **PMC-related activities** and any additional tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

* 3-5 years of experience in project execution, billing, and quantity surveying (experience range can be adjusted).

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project and related project management tools.

* Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

* Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
