Site Engineer (Civil / Architectural) – Ajman

We are looking for a Civil or Architectural Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction projects, particularly villas and residential buildings in Ajman. Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure work progress as per schedule.

• Review drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design and safety standards.

• Monitor quality of work, materials, and workmanship according to project requirements.

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment on site efficiently.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues as required.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience in the UAE (experience in Ajman is preferred).

• Proven experience in villa and residential building projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and site procedures.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
