Site Engineer – Civil (Building Works)

Seeking an experienced Site Engineer – Civil with strong exposure in building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring quality execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision of day-to-day site construction activities.
• Execution of structural and finishing works as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordination with architects, consultants, and MEP teams.
• Quantity verification and measurement of works.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to project management.
• Ensuring quality control and safety compliance at site.
• Preparation of daily progress reports and material reconciliation.
• Handling subcontractors and workforce management.

Requirements

• B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years experience in building construction projects.
• Experience in hospital, institutional, or government projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of drawings, BOQ, and site execution.
• Ability to handle site independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-storey RCC buildings.
• Familiarity with CPWD/KIIFB/SPV project procedures is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of billing and quantity estimation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
