Site Engineer (Civil & Interiors)

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management:
• Supervise and coordinate the execution of civil and interior finishing activities, including plastering, tiling, painting, false ceilings, and joinery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor the progress of all tasks, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on schedule.
• Team & Resource Coordination:
• Coordinate with and manage various subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff.
• Oversee the delivery and usage of materials, ensuring sufficient stock is available.
• Provide on-site instruction and guidance to the construction and finishing teams.
• Quality & Safety:
• Ensure that all work meets the defined quality standards and project specifications.
• Inspect materials delivered to the site and used in construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain detailed daily reports on site progress, manpower, material consumption, and activities.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation and budgets.
• Facilitate effective communication between the site team, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is typically required.
• Experience: Several years of supervisory experience in construction, with a focus on interior finishing works, is essential.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and finishing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
