Job Description:

Forest Town, Pakistan’s first Biophilic Housing Society, is urgently hiring an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) for our project site on Chakbeli Road, Rawalpindi.

We are looking for a hands-on and technically strong Site Engineer with proven experience in land development, earthwork, and housing society projects.

Must Have Requirements:

• B.E / B.Sc in Civil Engineering (DAE Civil with strong experience may be considered)
• Minimum 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Land Development, Earth Work, and Private Housing Societies
• Strong hands-on experience in bulk excavation, filling, grading, road formation, drainage, and site infrastructure development
• Prior experience working with reputed housing societies (Bahria, DHA, or similar) is highly preferred
• Proficient in setting-out, surveying, and levelling using Auto Level, Theodolite, and Total Station

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site activities including earthwork, land development, civil works, roads, drainage systems, and infrastructure construction
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor daily progress and provide regular updates to the Project Director
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and labour force effectively
• Perform quality inspections, material testing, and maintain proper site documentation
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain site discipline
• Provide technical input for procurement of construction materials
