Site Engineer (Civil) Native Arabic speaker

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position in Dubai and a strong understanding of construction standards and regulations in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project quality, safety, and timeline compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily reports on project status, materials, and equipment used.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical designs, and local regulations.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in fit out and interior projects
• Must be registered in Dubai municipality
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in Dubai.
• Knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and local laws in Dubai.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
