SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL) with DM G+1 License

We are seeking a qualified Civil Site Engineer with a valid G+1 License from Dubai Municipality (DM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and within the specified time and budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid G+1 Dubai Municipality License (License must be active and verifiable).
• Minimum 2+ years UAE experience in site supervision and execution.
• Strong knowledge of DM regulations, permit processes, and inspection protocols.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site civil activities including excavation, foundation, structural works, concreting, and finishing.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project team.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Manage labor, materials, and site logistics.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control at all stages of construction.
• Liaise with DM engineers and handle inspections, approvals, and permit processes.
• Ensure site safety procedures are followed and assist in HSE implementation.
• Attend site meetings and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and site records.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
