Site Engineer (Civil,Fresher)

Job Summary

We are looking for a fresher Site Engineer – Post-Tensioning assists in the execution and supervision of post-tensioning works at site under the guidance of senior engineers. The role involves learning PT installation procedures, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and supporting site coordination for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in supervising day-to-day site activities
• Help in setting out works as per approved drawings
• Check workmanship and ensure quality standards are followed
• Assist in site inspections and measurements
• Support preparation of daily progress reports
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and workers
• Ensure basic safety practices are followed on site
• Help in material receipt, storage, and site documentation
• Learn and follow project specifications and site procedures

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of construction methods and civil engineering concepts
• Ability to read and understand drawings (with guidance)
• Willingness to learn and work on-site
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic problem-solving ability
• Time management and discipline

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

Experience

• Fresher or up to 1 year of site experience

Software Knowledge (Basic)

• AutoCAD (basic understanding)
• MS Office (Word, Excel)

Work Environment

• Full-time site-based role
• Works under the guidance of Site Engineer / Project Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
