Attend site coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders. Manage inspection requests (IRs) and ensure timely approval from consultants. Identify technical issues and coordinate with the design team for resolutions. Supervise installation of MEP works interface with structural and architectural elements.

3. Quality & Safety Control: Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, or relevant authority requirements. Enforce safety policies and ensure site compliance with HSE regulations. Conduct inspections to verify workmanship and material quality. Maintain updated documentation for QA/QC submissions, checklists, and test reports.

4. Project Progress & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. Update project schedules and report any delays or issues to the Project Engineer/Manager.
