Site Engineer (Consultancy Firm Experience Required)

We are seeking a qualified and 7-10 yrs experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in consultancy firms to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring project specifications are met, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
• Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and the project management team
• Review technical drawings, reports, and documentation
• Ensure quality control and resolve on-site technical issues
• Prepare progress reports and maintain proper documentation
• Attend client/consultant meetings and site inspections

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7-10 years of Dubai experience working in a consultancy firm
• Proven experience in site supervision, construction monitoring, and reporting
• Familiar with local building codes, standards, and regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant project management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in infrastructure / residential / commercial / industrial projects (as relevant)
• Professional certification or license (e.g., PMP, PE, etc.)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
