Site Engineer (Developer Side)

Role Purpose

The Site Engineer (Developer Side) serves as the developer’s on-site representative, responsible for monitoring construction activities, ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and authority regulations, and supporting the timely and successful delivery of development projects. The role ensures that contractors and consultants perform in line with contractual, technical, and safety requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.

· 3–7 years of construction supervision experience, preferably with a real estate developer or consultant in Dubai.

· Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site documentation systems (e.g., Aconex) is an advantage.
