Site Engineer - Diploma in Civil

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Fresher) with a Diploma in Civil Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of site execution, measurements, and project coordination and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day site supervision and monitoring of construction activities.
• Support the senior engineers in project planning and execution.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Maintain site records, measurements, and daily progress reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members for smooth site operations.
• Report project progress and issues to the project engineer or manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering - Mandatory (Freshers or up to 1 year of experience).
• Hindi Language is mandatory, Native in Hindi ( Highly Preferred)
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and measurements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and learn new technical skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
