Site Engineer – Electrical (MEP Contracting)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer – Electrical to join our MEP contracting team. The successful candidate will oversee electrical site works, ensure compliance with project specifications, quality and safety standards, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibility

• Supervise and monitor all electrical installation works at project sites.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and local regulations.
• Plan daily site activities and monitor work progress.
• Conduct inspections and prepare site reports.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate material deliveries and verify material quantities.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Prepare as-built documentation and project closeout reports.

Requirements

.Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical Site Engineer in MEP contracting.
• UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
