Site engineer ELV

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Site Engineer – ELV to supervise and manage ELV system installation, testing, commissioning, and site activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all ELV works are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to ELV systems.
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of systems such as Car parking systems, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, Intercom, Fire Alarm, and other low-current systems.
• Review project drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, and site requirements.
• Ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, inspection requests, and related documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and tools required for site execution.
• Identify site issues and provide technical solutions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards at site.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project closeout activities.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on project progress and pending issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 1– 4 years of experience in ELV / low-current systems.
• Good knowledge of ELV systems including Car parking systems, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, PA System, Intercom, and related systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia projects is preferred.
• Own vehicle is an advantage.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
