• Lead complete on-site execution of panel installations
• Plan daily activities and allocate manpower effectively
• Verify civil readiness before panel placement
• Ensure proper cable routing, gland termination, and earthing
• Coordinate with client, consultants, and internal project teams
• Track project milestones and prevent delays
• Conduct pre-commissioning checks and support final commissioning
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards
• Prepare site progress reports and highlight risks proactively
