Site Engineer-False Ceiling

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with strong expertise in false ceiling works to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure quality execution, coordinate with subcontractors, and deliver work as per project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all false ceiling installation works (Gypsum, grid ceilings, metal ceilings, acoustic ceilings, etc.).
• Read and interpret drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure work is executed as per project standards, QA/QC requirements, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth progress.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project management on work status.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper material usage and workmanship.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site.
• Ensure timely completion of false ceiling tasks as per the project schedule.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in construction/interiors with strong focus on false ceiling works.
• Good knowledge of false ceiling systems (Gypsum, Grid, Metal, Acoustic, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Experience in working with consultants and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of HSE practices and site safety compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency.
• Interior fit-out project experience.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
