Site Engineer (Finishing Engineer)

China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting 2 x site engineers with experience in Finishes works to join our Construction Dept. in a High Rise Tower Project in Dhabi, UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare all finishing work activities to follow up with and sequencing with construction manager and subcontractor.
• Materials and planned activity schedule with planner for each activity.
• Proposed target program with planner for each activity.
• Plan for all finishing works to complete one apartment.
• Monitor day to day Activity with finishing manger compare with planned and actual progress.
• Coordinate and control of external and internal finishing contractor to move with proper sequence.
• Coordinate with commercial team for required resources and materials arrangement.
• Coordinate with façade team, joinery team, MEP team, vertical transport team for various target and completion.
• Assist the management team for site related issues.
• Coordinate with authorities related matters if required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architect/Civil
• 3-5 Years of experience in contracting companies
• Must have experience in high Rise tower projects and familiar with Snagging and final handover
