Site Engineer – Finishing & Interior Fit-Out (4+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a Site Engineer – Finishing & Interior Fit-Out with at least 4 years of proven experience in managing interior works, finishing activities, and on-site execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in high-quality residential or commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities related to finishing and interior works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Prepare progress reports and update project management regularly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in finishing and interior fit-out works.
• Strong knowledge of materials, design details, and site execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
