Site Engineer – Fit Out

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 2–3 years of UAE experience in the fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring timely execution of fit-out projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth progress of fit-out works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Ensure work is carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.
• Resolve site issues and report critical matters to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
