Site Engineer-Fit Out

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer – Fit-Out will support the successful delivery of high-end fit-out works across Alpago’s luxury residential projects. This role involves overseeing site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, and supporting the project team from execution through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision

• Oversee daily on-site fit-out works to ensure alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality meets Alpago’s high-end standards.

Technical & Documentation

• Review and interpret technical drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation related to fit-out activities.
• Assist in preparing RFIs, snag lists, and closure of NCRs (if applicable).

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all works comply with project requirements, authority regulations, and HSE standards.
• Monitor installation quality for joinery, finishes, ceilings, flooring, and specialty fit-out items.

Coordination

• Liaise with the Design & Build team, consultants, and suppliers to resolve technical issues on site.
• Coordinate inspections with QA/QC, clients, and consultant representatives.
• Support project managers in tracking progress and maintaining timelines.

Material & Resource Management

• Verify material deliveries and ensure proper handling, storage, and installation.
• Report material shortages or delays to the project team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in fit-out projects , preferably in high-end or luxury residential environments.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, and detailed fit-out coordination.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site supervision tools; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
