Site Engineer -Fit out and Joinery Background Only

Job Purpose: Oversee and manage day to day site activities for fit-out and joinery works, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards for fit-out and joinery works.

Key Responsibilities:

l Supervise day-to-day on-site activities and workforce.

l Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate execution.

l Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

l Monitor project progress and report to Project Manager.

l Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

l Conduct site inspections and quality checks for joinery, furniture, and fit-out installations.

l Identify and resolve technical or logistical issues on site.

l Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material usage.

l Assist in procurement and delivery coordination of materials and equipment.

l Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

l Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

l Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in fit-out, joinery, or interior projects.

l Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

l Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

l Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

Salary: AED. 8,000 - AED. 15,000
