Site Engineer – Fit-Out (Architects)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer with an architectural background to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will ensure design integrity, project quality, and seamless coordination between site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. Experience with painting scopes and finishing work is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, client expectations, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and timelines to ensure smooth execution within approved budget and schedule.
• Review, interpret, and enforce architectural drawings, method statements, and material specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and workmanship excellence—especially in finishing and painting work.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snagging to maintain high finishing standards and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, track variations, and escalate site challenges proactively to avoid delays or rework.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, authority guidelines, and company standards on site.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 3–4 years of experience in interior fit-out site supervision within the Dubai or UAE market.
• Strong technical knowledge in finishing works, especially painting, coatings, and detail finishes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, shop drawings, and authority requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
