Site Engineer – Fit Out & Décor (Valid UAE Driving License Required)

Job description:

Looking for a Site Engineer (Fit-Out & Décor) to oversee daily site activities, including high-end décor, fit-out, and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all décor-related site activities.
• Manage fit-out and finishing works, including painting, wall coverings, decorative elements, false ceilings, and other interior details.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Monitor progress, materials, and workforce on-site.
• Ensure all work meets design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Provide daily site updates to project managers.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (interior fit-out or decor works especially in marble works).

Preferably in the UAE

Valid UAE Driving License is a must.

Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and installation practices

Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications

Leadership skills and the ability to manage teams on-site

Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
