Site Engineer – Fit-Out Experience

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer – Fit-Out to manage and supervise interior fit-out activities on site, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and finishes
• Coordinate architectural works with MEP services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting)
• Study IFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals before execution
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, method statements, and safety standards
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site workforce
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Prepare daily progress reports and update work schedules
• Verify site measurements and quantities as per BOQ
• Attend consultant/client inspections and close snag lists
• Support testing, commissioning, and final project handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3–7 years of relevant fit-out project experience
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes and MEP coordination

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of HSE regulations

Preferred Experience

• Commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects
• GCC / Middle East project experience (preferred)
