Site Engineer- Fit-out - Temporary Position (With Driving License & Car)

Job Title: Site Engineer (Temporary – 3 Months)

Location : Dubai & Abu Dhabi

We are a leading interior fit-out company delivering high-end commercial, hospitality, and residential projects across the UAE. With a reputation for excellence in design execution and project delivery, we’re currently seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer for a short-term assignment.

Job Type:
Temporary – 3 Months
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Based on-site in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure execution as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure quality control and safety measures are strictly followed on-site
• Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager
• Solve site-related issues promptly to prevent delays

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ UAE experience in interior fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, detailing, and site execution
• Knowledge in MEP and finishes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Available to join immediately and work on-site in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Duration: 3 months (possibility of extension depending on project needs)
Salary: Commensurate with experience
