Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in Interior Fit-out, Joinery, and Carpentry works to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all site activities to ensure timely completion of projects within quality standards and client requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for fit-out and joinery projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review drawings and ensure implementation as per approved designs.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project schedules.
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor material deliveries, manpower allocation, and work progress.
• Handle site measurements and support in quantity take-offs when required.
• Solve site issues and provide technical guidance to the site team.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or carpentry projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery details, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
