Site Engineer - Fit Outs & MEP

• Oversee and manage all on-site civil fit-out activities, ensuring projects adhere to approved plans, specifications, and local regulations from inception to completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, proactively identifying and rectifying any deviations from design or workmanship standards to maintain project integrity.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless workflow, timely material delivery, and efficient resource allocation to minimize delays.
• Prepare and maintain detailed daily progress reports, documenting site activities, issues, and resolutions, providing accurate updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in construction principles and practices.
• Holds relevant certifications such as OSHA or equivalent safety certifications, showcasing a commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in civil fit-out projects, highlighting practical knowledge and a track record of successful project delivery.
• Exhibits a strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards, ensuring projects comply with all legal requirements.
