Site Engineer-Fitout

We are a leading construction and interiors fit-out company in Qatar seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer – Fit-Out to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out works and proven GCC experience managing site execution and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, joinery, finishes, and related trades.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Review drawings, prepare site reports, and ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and site progress to ensure timely completion.
• Attend site meetings and support the project team with required documentation and inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 5–6 years of GCC experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, or hospitality).
• Strong technical knowledge in joinery, finishes, and interior detailing.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Qatar Driving License preferred.
• Able to join immediately.
