Site Engineer/ Fitout Interior design

FITOUT/ Joinery Site Engineer

• Monitor and evaluate Site processes, identifying areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement site plans and schedules to meet project requirements and customer deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards, quality control procedures, and safety guidelines to achieve high-quality output.
• Collaborate with the Procurement Department to ensure the availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment for production activities.
• Set Site targets and drive the subcontractors to achieve and exceed these goals.
• Maintain accurate site records, including work orders, Daily , weekly reports, and inventory documentation.
• Liaise with Project Managers to provide updates on site progress, address any concerns, and ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements

Must have minimum of 5-7 years site experience (Interior finishing and Joinery ) .

Must have knowledge in UAE project.

Must have good command in English.

UAE driving license and a car is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
