Site Engineer for Fibre Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Oversee all phases of fiber network construction, ensuring work adheres to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Site Surveys and Analysis: Conduct thorough site surveys to analyze terrain, assess feasibility, and gather data for project planning and design.
• Technical Design and Compliance: Review and verify technical designs, schematics, and blueprints for accuracy and ensure they are correctly implemented.
• Material and Resource Management: Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials and equipment, ensuring their quality and suitability for the project.
• Team and Crew Supervision: Supervise construction crews, provide technical guidance, manage work schedules, and assign tasks to ensure project objectives are met.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, deficiencies, and unexpected problems that arise during construction.
• Safety and Regulations: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring the site maintains compliance.
• Reporting: Compile and present detailed reports on project progress, status, and any issues to management and stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Implement measures to ensure the quality and integrity of fiber optic systems and connections.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
