Site Engineer - Fresh Graduates (Arab Nationals)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in site supervision, project execution, and coordination of daily construction activities in accordance with engineering standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and supervising construction site activities.

• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, site workers, and project managers.

• Monitor project progress and report updates regularly.

• Ensure safety regulations are followed on-site.

• Maintain site documentation, reports, and records.

• Support quality control and material inspection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to read technical drawings.

• Problem-solving attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Visa must be transferable.

• Must be ready to join immediately.
