Site Engineer – Interior Deign & Fit-out

Job Summary

We are currently hiring an experienced Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer to supervise and manage interior finishing and fit-out activities on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining quality standards, meeting project deadlines, and coordinating effectively with all project stakeholders.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and finishing works.
• Study and interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate site execution.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement teams to maintain project schedules.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved quality and safety standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates for management review.
• Attend project coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors when required.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and workmanship to achieve successful project delivery.
• Support quantity verification, variation orders, snagging activities, and project handover documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, finishing, or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishing techniques, and construction procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project coordination software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple projects and working within strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in premium residential, commercial, or luxury interior projects is an advantage.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel between project sites.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations, site safety standards, and authority requirements.
• Open to all nationalities; male candidates are preferred.

Languages Required

• Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
