Site Engineer - Interior design

Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Engineer experienced in end-to-end execution of luxury full home interior projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, an eye for design precision, and the ability to manage multiple site activities while maintaining premium quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for complete interior project execution - including civil, carpentry, electrical, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate implementation of drawings and concepts.
• Monitor quality, progress, and timelines to ensure smooth delivery within project deadlines.
• Handle site measurements, snag lists, and client walkthroughs with professional communication.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, material tracking sheets, and work progress documentation.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and detailing used in high-end residential projects.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, working details, and MEP layouts.
• Knowledge of project sequencing, workflow coordination, and site-level problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience managing luxury modular furniture, bespoke joinery, and false ceiling works.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of site experience in luxury or turnkey residential interior projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites while maintaining brand quality standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination.
• Commitment to precision, timelines, and high-end design execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
