Site Engineer (Joinery)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our construction team, with a focus on joinery works.

• Supervise and manage daily site activities related to joinery.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, ensuring work is aligned with project specs.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely delivery.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met on-site.
• Track project progress, material usage, and manpower allocation.
• Prepare daily site reports and communicate updates to the project team.
• Attend site meetings and contribute to planning discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of site engineering experience (joinery preferred).
• Proficient in reading AutoCAD/shop drawings.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Experience in commercial/residential joinery projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different sites.
