Site Engineer - Joinery

Geometry Home Furniture Manufacturing LLC is looking for a Site Engineer – Joinery to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects who enjoys working on-site, coordinating teams, and ensuring installations are completed smoothly and to a high standard.

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing joinery installation activities, coordinating with production and project teams, and ensuring that site works are carried out according to approved drawings and project requirements.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate joinery installation activities on-site
• Review drawings and ensure installation teams understand project requirements
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before installation
• Work closely with project managers, factory teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Monitor site progress and help ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the relevant teams
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Ensure completed work meets project specifications and quality standards
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation

What We're Looking For

• Experience in joinery, furniture installation, or interior fit-out projects
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical details
• Good knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, and installation processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid UAE Driving License

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience working on UAE-based joinery or fit-out projects
