Site Engineer – Joinery & Fit-Out

Job Description:
We are looking for a Site Engineer with solid experience in joinery, interior fit-out, kitchen and wardrobe installations, screed, and tiling works. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensure work quality, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain project timelines and standards.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage site activities related to joinery, fit-out, kitchen, wardrobe, screed, and tile works, etc.

· Ensure all installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

· Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

· Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship.

· Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring.

· Prepare daily site reports, material requests, and progress updates.

· Troubleshoot on-site issues and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum 3–5 years of site experience in UAE for joinery and interior fit-out works (kitchen, wardrobes, screed, tiles).

· Strong knowledge of construction drawings and finishing details.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

· Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
