SITE ENGINEER - JOINERY / FITOUT

Urgently required SITE ENGINEER – JOINERY / FITOUT with a strong background in Joinery / Interior Fitout works. Candidates must have minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in Joinery / Fitout industry. Valid UAE driving license mandatory. Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage daily site activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.

· Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients regarding site execution and progress.

· Monitor joinery installation works and ensure quality standards are maintained.

· Manage site workforce including carpenters, painters, and installation teams.

· Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.

· Prepare site reports, progress updates, and maintain proper documentation.

· Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and site resources.

· Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies.

· Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.

· Review and understand technical drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.

Qualification/skills required:

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Fitout, or related field.

· Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in Joinery / Interior Fitout works.

· Mandatory experience in Joinery works in Dubai.

· Good knowledge of joinery production and site installation processes.

· Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

· Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Salary:

AED 5000 – 7,000
