Site Engineer / Junior Engineer

What You’ll Do

You’ll be on the front lines of project delivery — coordinating, inspecting, communicating, and solving problems to help projects succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with site supervision and day‑to‑day construction activities
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Inspect work for quality, safety, and compliance with plans/specs
• Track progress and prepare site reports
• Support scheduling, material tracking, and documentation
• Help resolve technical/site challenges promptly
• Maintain site safety standards at all times
• Communicate updates to project leads and stakeholders

Skills for This Role

Technical Capabilities

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings
• Knowledge of civil/mechanical/electrical site processes
• Quality control and inspection
• Basic quantity measurement and reporting
• Site safety best practices

Tools & Communication

• Construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel)
• Clear verbal and written reporting
• Coordination with multidisciplinary teams

• Time management on site

Qualifications (Realistic & Inclusive)
