Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the construction and development of farmhouse projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities.
• Ensure execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and vendors.
• Manage site labour, subcontractors, and materials efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and cost control measures.
• Handle basic site-level documentation and approvals.
• Resolve any on-site issues and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate utility connections (EB, water, etc.) and oversee landscaping and finishing works.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of site experience in residential or farmhouse projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).

Preferred Qualities:

• Exposure to sustainable/eco-friendly construction practices.
• Experience in managing independent villa or farmhouse-type projects.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
