Site Engineer (Mechanical)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer with proven hands-on experience in steel structure erection works. The successful candidate will supervise, coordinate, and manage on-site steel erection activities to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage steel structure erection works at project sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor progress, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Prepare daily site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Participate in technical discussions, problem-solving, and decision-making for site activities.
• Maintain strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in steel structure erection works (mandatory).
• Civil engineering candidates with capability to manage steel erection projects may also apply.
• Strong understanding of structural drawings and steel erection methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and site management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
