Site Engineer - MEP

Project Execution & Supervision: Oversee and manage site execution of MEP systems (HVAC, firefighting, electrical, plumbing, and drainage) in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

Design Coordination: Collaborate with design consultants and contractors to review shop drawings, identify clashes, and implement coordinated MEP layouts using BIM or CAD tools.

Planning & Scheduling: Prepare MEP work schedules, manpower deployment plans, and material procurement lists aligned with project timelines.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, QA/QC procedures, and safety standards.

Testing & Commissioning: Lead functional testing, inspection, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Cost Control & Value Engineering: Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend efficient design or execution methods.
